Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Free Shipping

Available on orders above a minimum threshold. Exact amount displayed at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Keep an eye on your inbox and messages after dispatch. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of your order being confirmed, please contact our support team.

Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to the following reasons:

Incorrect
Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order. Malta Skincare is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at juttc4962@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Cash on
Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience.

COD is available at no extra charge. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay your courier upon receiving your order.

Failed Delivery
Attempts

If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to the customer being unavailable or uncontactable, your order may be cancelled or returned to us.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your provided address. If you anticipate being unavailable, contact us in advance to arrange an alternative.
